communication, and personal presence. Your success depends entirely on your own

commitment, effort, and participation. Individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are

promised or guaranteed.

2. Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and private environment. What is shared by

participants within this program — including on calls, in community spaces, or in any

correspondence — is considered confidential and must not be shared outside the program.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, tools, content, frameworks, and exercises shared within this program are

the exclusive and proprietary intellectual property of Red Carpet Presence, Los Angeles, CA.

These materials are provided solely for your personal use within the program. Reproduction,

distribution, or use for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy — No Chargebacks Permitted

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

● All sales are final.

● No refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds will be provided for any reason once your

payment is submitted.

This applies whether you pay in full or via a payment plan.

Due to the digital nature of this program, the immediate access to proprietary content, and the

delivery of coaching services, you waive any right to request a refund or initiate a chargeback

through your credit card provider, PayPal, or any other payment processor.

Attempting to reverse charges or dispute payments will be considered a violation of these

Terms & Conditions. In such cases, Red Carpet Presence, Los Angeles, CA, reserves the right

to:

● Revoke all access to the program immediately;

● Report the incident to credit bureaus;

● Engage a collections agency for recovery of unpaid fees;

● Pursue legal action to enforce these Terms.

By completing your purchase, you are making a binding commitment to pay the full program fee.

5. Program Nature

This program is educational and coaching-based. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical

advice. Coaching supports personal and professional development but does not substitute for

mental health or legal services.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

If you select a payment plan, please note:

1. Commitment to Full Payment

You understand that enrolling in this program via a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full

program fee in its entirety. Payment plans are provided for your convenience and do not

represent a month-to-month membership or cancellable subscription.

2. Payment Schedule

Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the payment schedule

selected at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains

current and has sufficient funds.

3. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, you will be notified immediately. Access to program content

may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments may

result in removal from the program.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments, including payment plan installments, are non-refundable. You are responsible for

completing all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation.
